It was my first time there! Little did I know that round the corner off Orchard Road (behind Palais Renaissance), there is this Italian restaurant serving traditional Italian food with a nice ambiance.

This new update from 啾啾妹 reminded me of a funny trait my bf used to have.

I remember when we just got together, if I meet him after shopping, he would help me take all my plastic bags but leave one with me.

For example if 5 bags, he'd take 4. If 2 bags, he also take just 1!

I can understand if I have like 10 and he expects me to take 5 while he take 5. After all, I can take all 10 myself if I wanted to but I'd rather my guy be gentlemanly and help me with it lah.

But 2 he also want to split the job?! Lol I remembered I made a fuss out of it one day cos I found it quite ridiculous.

Somehow it feels like he's trying to teach me to be independent? Haha. Like a Father teaching his little Daughter, help her take but make sure she carries one herself -.-" plus he loves nagging me like how a Father does to Daughter! Hahaha. I told him I'm his Girlfriend leh not Daughter. Lol. I'm not sure if he realises it before I mentioned to him.
Luckily now no more already. Actually, i think is because he no longer follows me around while I shop 😭😭😭😭😭 now he wait in car so all I carry😩

No lah... Actually I prefer to shop alone. But it'd be great if can pull a market trolley around to put the plastic bags. Often I end my shopping only because the bags are too heavy for me to carry already, not because I really finished shopping. Haha.

Also, speaking of chivalry I think it's nice for guys, even if just friends, to help girls carry stuff. But I dunwan my own bf to be so gentleman to anyone else except me lah cos I selfish hehehe. Plus I like guys who are cold to everyone else except me. But then bf is the opposite. Nice to everyone else except me grrrrrr 😠😠😠

(Anyway, handbags! I feel that unless the girl got genuine reason to ask someone else to help hold for awhile, she should carry herself)

I suddenly thought of 徐太宇 and how he took care of 林真心。Really quite nice to have someone like that hor?

Ya lah ya lah I'm not over 我的少女时代 yet. I still think about 徐太宇 from time to time. Lol.

Night Time Toothpaste - Dentiste

Recently I've been quite obsessed with this character called 啾啾妹. To the extent that I check the Facebook page every single day for new updates and disturb my friends with 啾啾妹 stickers on line chat all the time. Hahaha. Even my bf bought 啾啾妹's boyfriend's stickers to reply to my 啾啾妹 stickers.

Besides liking the funny videos, her dramatic expressions, her poor boyfriend whenever she bullies him, I also like how her drawings often depict real life situations.

So funny!!!! In case you don't understand the chinese words, the guy is saying "Err, I think I need to go to work earlier today." Hahahaha.

Speaking of morning breath, are you the type that eat breakfast first or brush teeth first? I thought of afew friends who eat breakfast before brushing teeth and I don't understand why! For me, whenever I wake up, the first thing I do is brush my teeth. I feel uncomfortable talking or eating before that because it feels so dry if I don't brush my teeth first! My parents LOVE asking me lots of questions in the morning and I would reply with "mmm" to everything cos I don't want to open my mouth. Haha.

Bed Habits

I'm quite an untidy person. I like mess. I find comfort in clutter. I love to leave things around. I'm ok with dust. (But I cannot accept visible dirt, stains, etc.)

While reading someone else's dayre, a thought came into my head.

I don't pull my sheets after I wake up. I usually leave my bed as it is, and go back to it at night. Blankets not folded, soft toys everywhere, pillow not where they supposed to be.

And I suddenly wonder, is my bf ok with that when we move in together in the future?

I remember whenever I visit him at his house, his bed is very neat de. And at times when he naps, I notice he doesn't even unfold his blanket. Don't tell me he's very particular about neatness?? Jialat jialat. Then confirm next time every morning I need to hear him nag.

I remember there was once I told him something about mopping the floor just once a week and he told me at his house his maid mops every day and he doesn't like sticky floor. I told him "then u ownself mop lor". Hahahahah. If got maid I also will ask her mop everyday. But if must ownself mop, then err wait till it's dirty lor. Lol. Double standards. But I really don't find the floor sticky what.... It won't be if you wash your feet immediately every time after coming home.

I think must set up a rule before we move in together. If he expects chores to be done a certain way, he gotta do it himself. Actually it'd be great if he can settle all the chores because i hate housework. Not that I don't know how to do, but I dislike doing it and it makes me an unhappy girl whenever I am required to waste my time on chores.
I think all the housework that mum made me learn since young so that I can be a good housewife kind of backfired because I hate it so much now that I would refuse to do it if I had a choice?

Well at least I know how to do and I can do if I have no choice but it's just that I'd rather not.

I guess that's always the case. I came from quite a strict family and all the curfews made me crave freedom so much more than other kids who are allowed to go out and have fun. I'd jump at every opportunity to hang out. Then when I grew up and mum loosen her grip, i started preferring to stay at home because heading out is not a rare opportunity anymore. Maybe mums should restrict daughters from doing housework so that they will love chores next time?

Hmmm quite unlikely. Hahaha.


Why would anyone want or like to do housechores anyway?


Dreamt that my bf dabao lobster roll for me and apparently the new flavour is vegetarian. Inside all truffle caviar, slices of raw carrots, and other veggie. No lobster meat. Lol. Plus it's $100+ per roll.
