It was so difficult to decide! So many of you have many good ideas. I guess in the end I just chose the ones that are easier to blog about hahaha. And how come all of you want to know what is my dream wedding ah?? Hahah how to blog about it? I don't have any special dream wedding lei, I want those normal traditional kind lor. Morning is the chinese tradition, then at night banquet at some hotel ballroom. Color scheme preferably gold + white. Just like this lor! Hahah. I don't want beach wedding (I scared rain + will very hot I don't want).


To answer my own question, my favourite celebrity eyes is Cameron Diaz. Similar to Sarah Jessica Parker, I felt that their eyes can capture attention and there's depth in the look. I don't know how to describe. Perhaps it's because their eye colour is very light, thus give that kind of feel.








It doesn't matter whether your eyes are symmetrical, round, whatever. What matters is the gaze and confidence you have when you look at people.

I'm now an addict!

I just finished reading the DearJohn book and it's such a devastating end :( I couldn't help but felt depressed even after the whole day. It's the first time I felt such sadness for a story character! I feel so sorry for poor John. It's really like fate conspiring against him and Suvannah. Heartwrenching to see them end like this. I would prefer that he ended up with savannah, just like how Allie chose Noah in the notebook. Sigh!

I really don't know if I should recommend the book to you all. I felt that it's so beautifully written, but yet so depressing for the reader. Okay I think you all should go read. I think the author is really powerful in triggering emotions using words.

I heard from Fidelis that the movie ending was good. Perhaps I should go watch it just to comfort myself.


I told sx that I'm very very sad about the book ending, he replied 'ok la the story is bluff one dont worry ok'.

Lol. That reminded me that it's stupid to feel so sad over a book character, written out of fiction by someone's imagination. BUT, I still believe there must be a couple out there who went through what they went through and I hope that they made it in the end, unlike the book.


Just bought another Nicholas Sparks book "The Wedding", I'm an addict! Haha. But I'm putting that aside first as I'm currently still reading another book called "Daddy's Prisoner" by Alice Lawrence with Megan Lloyd Davies. Quite interesting too :) It's somehow a story similar to the Josef Fritzl case. Need a break from love novels!! All making me too emotional!

Attended a cake-tasting event some days back with Nadia, Fidelis, Jacelyn and Pris!

It was fun as we had some d-i-y session where we decorate our own cake!
First, we had a slice each, just to taste which flavour we prefer. I chose chocolate, Fidelis chose mango, and Pris had strawberry.

After tasting a bite of each, I decided on Chocolate! All flavours were good and it was a difficult choice!

We were given a whole cake based on our choice of flavour! Everyone on our table chose Chocolate, except for Fidelis who chose Strawberry~

Keyboard Warrior.

I just bought a new keyboard as the previous keyboard was too noisy and mum always complain when I typed too fast! Now the new keyboard is super silent.

However, the backspace in this new keyboard is super small, so not used to it because I use backspace alot!

Career Vs Boyfriend

I was walking to my office one day when a thought came to me. People REALLY change. Just take me as an example.

When I was in primary school, I've always commented on how stupid the women in TV were to stick by their cheating boyfriends. I've always said: "If is me I confirm break up!!"

And in the end what happens? Several years later in secondary school I kena cheated by my own boyfriend and I ended up being as stupid as the women on TV.



When I was in secondary school, I've always gushed about how I would definitely give up my career for my boyfriend if I had to. I never felt that a career was important at all as long as I had love.

Several years later, I re-asked myself this.
My career, I would include my blog + my real job.

I don't think I would give up all these for a man.
But I don't want to give up my man for all these too.

SX asked me once before: "If one day you had to choose between me or your career, which would you choose?"

(He didn't say career. Once he asked "blog" and another time he asked "job".)

I answered: "I'll never want to meet the day where I have to make a choice."

I think I would convince SX to let me keep my career PLUS him if I had to. I want the best of both worlds and I think it's possible - IF he's understanding enough wahaha.

Thank goodness he hasn't started being overwhelming/serious with these questions, but I can sense it coming already. He has started to complain about how much dedication I put to my blog/real job.


Hey, if I had a normal job out there, I'm sure I'd give it up for my man if needed to. But the defining factor is that, my career, which includes my blog that is already part of my life (even before I met this man), and my current job which I luckily landed on (which is fun + has prospects), are what made it so hard to make a choice. Now I understand why some woman couldn't decide.



I totally understand how Hui Fan in "Jiu Xiang Lai Zhe Ni" felt. She thought she could have the best of both worlds. But too bad "Yang Guo" appeared :(

Updated: I changed my mind. After reading The Notebook and Dear John, I realised that I want nothing more than a mindblowing romance, special, true love.
