Im gonna be looking at my Olevel result slip in afew hours time, and im still here listening to music and editing my photos. And while others are already getting nervous since last week, i was more focused on deciding what to wear.

Oh gosh. Am i abnormal or what? Haha. Nevertheless, i wish for the best when i receive my results later. I dont aim for distinctions, but at least let me pass 5 subjects. I need it to enter poly, even if it means taking up the lousiest course there.

i found this song on someone else's blog. I guess it's not new, but the singer has got such a great voice that i was tempted to share it.

Anyway, time for some clearing up, AGAIN. Friends thought i was photogenic, because my photos always appear much nicer than how i looked in real life. I started explaining to them that it was photoshop that made them look better. But now, it seems that it wasn't Photoshop anymore.

It was a photo taken of me when i went to collect the Ipod Shuffle Prize. Your first reaction must be: "huh?? why look so different from her photos in her blog?!!"

Yes, that was my father's reaction too. It's a total case of faded-makeup and wrong angle. Even a photoshopped version couldn't save the picture. Haha. Im not naturally pretty, that's why I have to wear thick makeup when i go out. But because of some unknown reasons, my makeup drops off very quickly. When that happens, i would normally reapply makeup to my face, but not that day. There was no washrooms around to let me do that un-publicly.

However, Even with makeup, i look wierd from some angles. Yea, that was what i observed in 17 years of life. Ask my bestfriend, my boyfriend, and my past classmates. They've all seen me in all my ugliest angles possible. That cannot be solved because i can't possibly force them to always look at me from my prettiest angle right? haha.

That's my conclusion. My face look better in photos NOT because i photoshopped. It's because i know my better angles, and i use those angles in my self-portraits. Of course i dont deny that i did photoshop abit to touchup and cover those freckles which my makeup didn't fully cover.

And then, people who dont understand would ask: "why must you photoshop and choose angle? just natural lah."

IF im naturally a babe, i would not even have to install photoshop, duh. I know that im not super-gorgeous, and that's why i try to look the best i can. Who doesn't want people think that they look nice?

Even when i put up photos shooted from the better angles, critics have already stated that they want to puke. Imagine what would happen if i post up photos from all my bad angles. tsk.

I dont put nice photos in my blog to attract guys, for goodness sake. I dont need online suitors. I live in the real world, and i've known enough real people out there to keep me contented. So there.

Here's some random photos. it has been long since i last took pictures in the toilet, so pardon me. haha. im feeling too lazy to photoshop away the background. Look at my new coloured hair! I dyed it to Copper-Golden-Blonde. there has been some error in my dyeing technique though. the top part of my head is super light, while the bottom looks abit blackish like before. Still, I loved it better than the total black hair which has been on my head since i was born. hee. im gonna dye my hair again soon, and this time i hope my whole hair would turn Copper-Golden-Blonde like i want it to.

*regarding yesterday's post*

that was a just another lighthearted entry because i have nothing better to blog about and guess what? people come bombarding me with comments about how irritating some salesgirls can be. omg.

True. I dont like it too when smiling salesgirls follow me around in the shop because most of the time im just window-shopping. It's just awkward and it makes you feel like you are obliged to buy something.

That's the reason why i dont like following people around too, because i know how it feels like to be followed. But if i don't, my supervisor would start nagging at my ears about why i didn't serve the customer. After four to five times listening silently to her naggings, i started becoming thick-skinned and just serve everyone who comes in, no matter how fierce they look.

You guys can't blame salesgirls for following you around. it's just their job. just like me, they might not even want to follow you in the first place.

Anyway, most of the customers i served LIKED the kind of service we gave. they prefer it if the salesgirl introduce the clothing to them politely, rather than a silent frowning salesgirl behind the counter or gossipy lazy salesgirls.

Oh ya, i received a comment from 'A' regarding yesterday's entry. He/She wrote this:

"Yea, I so agree when salesgirl tell me that there is discount going on like I can't afford and that when there's paper saying new arrival and you tell me that.It's not like we can't see it."

"A", whoever you are, since when did i stated that there's a paper stating 'New Arrival'?? For your information, there wasn't. And why in the world would you think that discounts is only for people who can't afford boutique dresses? If you didn't know, BRANDED shops have discounts too.

About that girl i blogged about, I hereby state here that i DID NOT follow her around. that conversation took place afew seconds after she entered the shop. My purpose in that post is not to say that people who ignore salesgirls are rude. Im just saying that a pretty girl who's rude can look unpleasant.

Cheers to those who understanded my post completely yesterday. By the way, i dont place a BIG-GRIN on my face for no reason -.-

Wooooh. It has been such a long time since i did some serious updating with loads and loads of photos. haha. Finally i've gathered some photos from the past week which should be able to stretch this post into a long one which i promised :)

i collected the ipod shuffle which i won because of my blog. Daddy now agrees with me that blogging is not useless afterall. hahaha. I gave the ipod shuffle to daddy in exchange that he will buy a new earpiece for me.

Not i stupid hor. It's just that i need a new earpiece more than the ipod.

Today's the first day of February 2007, and O level results are coming out around next week. Omg. Time is running fast isn't it? Two months ago i was looking forward to poly but after a stupid nightmare, i've changed my mind.

The nightmare was kind of wierd. People around me are almost all malay, and they seems to know magic. Not those entertaining kind of magic, but those evil goosebumby magic. My 'best-friend-to-be' in poly was sometimes there sometimes not, and the school grounds seems eerie. Yuck. It really scared me so much that it was about half-an-hour later after waking up before i realised it was only a dream. Phew. i do hope Fiona and me would get into the same poly if not the same course. At least i would be able to hide behind someone if eerie things happen. But before i can actually hide behind her without being seen, i have to really really slim down alot! haha. I have not contacted her for quite awhile though. it seems that we are all too busy around our own lives and friends that i dont even know which guy she's dating currently. That's way ridiculous because for the past years, i've always been the first to know!! grr.

It has been long since i last went shopping- outside orchard. I want buy lots of new clothes!! Given my tight budget, i could not afford to spend on dresses in my working place, since an average dress there cost about $79. The most i could do? Try some of the nicer designs in the fitting room when the supervisor is in a good mood, and comfort myself that at least i've worn expensive dresses before. haha.


I like this. it's actually originally just a plain dress but i think it looks better with that black belt which was actually part of another dress. haha.


This is a new arrival but it doesn't suits me.


I like this tube top and the minishorts! now i just need to wait for some kind people to volunteer buying them for me :D
