My right eye is swollen!

It's so hard to put eyeliner on my eyes now.





I ate alot today even though i wasn't hungry! First, i woke up late and cabbed down to meet the models and photographers. Didn't eat anything at all until almost 1pm. Then settled for chicken rice set meal from foodrepublic at suntec. The place is fabulous! It doesn't even look like a foodcourt! The table cleaners were dressed in black cheongsam-like dresses. They look like pretty young girls from japan and china. Imagine my shock when a pretty girl in that black dress with nice makeup suddenly coming up to my table and clearing boyfriend's empty plate.

Boyfriend asked me if i would work as a foodcourt cleaner if i can dress up pretty and salary higher than my current average paying restaurant waitress parttime job.

I immediately replied: "Dont want lah! Must help people clear plate, where got young girl clear plates one!! so weird!"

Then i thought of something and said: "oh ya, restaurant waitress also must clear plates hor..."

But then, foodcourt leh! Will meet so many people in one day! What if see until friend, very paisei one lor. At least in restaurants, high chance is that the people we serve are rich and high status people. They wont even bother looking at the waitress what.


Haha. Boyfriend and me are so random. I guess we dont have much more topics to talk about already so anyhow bom nonsense topic. lol.


back to food. Around 3 hours after lunch, i ate fried wings at macdonalds for dinner! had a craving for it suddenly although a minute ago i was craving for steam food -.-

After fried wings, had kimchi pancake & dandanmian from Hanok Korean Restaurant. And after that, fried wings again and when i got back home, mum had a beehoon +nuggets + fishcake supper for me.


Im gonna wake up with a big belly tomorrow.
Sigh~~~~

Oh ya, i learnt something else today. Never ever assume. You know why?

I wore high heels today to match with my halter white top and mini pants. But then while walking around suntec, i complained about pain and then decided to change into my working big flat shoes until we reach the mrt station where there is more people.


I told boyfriend: "Nobody will see me one lah!"


And then, just afew minutes later, boyfriend heard someone passing by say: "isn't that esther?"


OMG. unglam lah! I look so mismatched wearing oversized big flat shoes with that outfit. Shall bear the high heels pain nextime!

Does anyone know how to get the chilli hotness out of our hands after touching them?


Sometimes when workplace has very little customers like in the afternoons, it would get real bored and i would volunteer to cut the chilli. This way, i get to talk to the fun kitchen people more, and cutting chilli is much more interesting and easy than doing work at the mainground.

But then, one thing i hate about cutting chilli is that everynight when i get home and try to take out my contact lens, my eyes getting burning hot after contact with my fingers!

I washed my hands with soap and water but that doesn't stop the burning feel.



Yesterday was much worse.
While i was surfing the net after getting home, my left hand got super hot like fire is on them. Pfffttt. I got so irritated by the burning feel that i switched off my laptop and go to sleep instead so that i dont have to feel it.

Mum suggested putting salt on the hands and rub. I tried that but it only works for like 30 seconds!



Im not gonna cut chilli today. Even if i am going to, im gonna ask someone else to hold the chilli while i hold the knife =p

Boyfriend just finished a small surgery. And it's really small! I thought his surgery would take at least 30 minutes but it was like only 5-7 minutes lor!!

Might be able to meet him later. Yay. I shall try not to lose temper again and be a sweet lovely girlfriend :D



Went out with fidelis last night, and we were CRAZY!! lots of camwhore and lots of pictures. We even did something embarassing in the middle of a shopping mall that has branded stuffs and highclass people everywhere =x

I transfered all the pics from my cam to my laptop, look at the pictures, and then decided not to blog about them. They are all the usual things like eating and shopping and meeting up with Fiona. I just had the sweetest dream ever.

It consist of a passionate kiss, two eyes looking into each other, hugs, flirtings, and the guy isn't my boyfriend. Hahaha.

Im not sure who the guy in my dream was. I just know that in the dream, i had a crush on that guy in my dream.


It was about two of us liking each other. He would flirt but doesn't say it straightforward. Well, that's the thing i love about the start of a relationship. So sweet and mysterious, we dont really know what's on the other person's mind and would keep guessing.


The dream was really beautiful and perfect.

BUT, my mum woke me up.
And then i realise it's all just a dream.


then i got abit disappointed because it's just a dream.


then i got sad because dreams dont come true.

I had swollen eyes yesterday and my right eye was super painful so i didn't wear contact lens. I wore spectacles to work! My colleagues are all shocked when they see me.

The younger guys there prefer me without spects.
The older guys there prefer me with spects.

hahaha. i think it's the generation problem. I look more mature and gentle (+TOOD) with spects on. I sighed whenever i walked pass the mirror.

Talking about my colleagues, i love them tons! It's them who made my worklife much more fun and im looking forward to work everyday!

But school's starting soon :(
7th april.

That means i've so little time with them left. I've decided to continue working parttime there so that i'll still get to meet them 2-3 time a week :D

It isn't easy to come by such a great environment to work in.




I dont want school to start so fast.
Firstly, i dont want to stop working there so early. Secondly, i dread carrying my laptop to school everyday. Thirdly, i hate waking up early just to catch that stupid crowded bus.

In order not to be squashed together with the other students, you have two choices. One is to go to school way early, or way late.

I chose to be way late. Hahaha.
Everyday i was slowly choosing clothes, slowly bathing, slowly putting makeup on, and happily thinking that i'll get a seat on the bus. And 45 minutes late for class =x

Last year school started at 9am.

But now that im year two, i think classes starts at 8.30am. That means i have to wake up even more early!

I dont like school.


oh ya, when school starts i think i will be sitting in the classroom whole day watching ANTM :)


but thinking of the internet speed in school, i guess one part of one episode would take one whole day to load -.-

I was asked to write about my nightlife.


Nightlife? First thing that comes to your head after hearing this word is “Clubbing… Dancing… Wine & beer”, practically anything that is Wild.

I don’t have that kind of nightlife though.

I haven’t stepped into a club to party before. Haha. When I tell this to people, most of them don’t believe me. I don’t know why too.

Well, im not of legal age yet what.
And again, my mum’s kinda strict.

Maybe I’ll only get to club after I get married, which is most probably after 27 years old since im not gonna marry early.


Met up with Nick after work twice at the Spinelli Café at heeren. Near my workplace, so it’s very convenient.



Had a chat while he used his laptop. Yea, free wireless there too!

I know of some girls who are quite young, maybe primary school or lower secondary who do not have much freedom from their parents and can't go for meetups. I've got a suggestion. You can order the items you want, and then request for it to be mailed to your classmate's home, and then ask your classmate to pass to you the clothes when they reaches her house!

Oh my goodness.
My toe nails are dropping off one by one!!!
THE WHOLE DAMN PIECE! Yes, even the parts where it's supposed to be glued to the top of your toes!


GROSS RIGHT.


Even i am freaking out already.


First, it was my right feet's middle toe. The 'glue' somehow got lost and the nail was dangling loose. Daddy advised me to cut it off in case it pulls off by itself and that would be more painful.


Then, my right feet's BIG TOE's nail also went dangly! I dared not cut that piece off because it would be super painful. Such a big nail leh! I left it like that and keep pressing it, hoping that it would stick back naturally. However, it grew outwards instead. Grr. I went out with isaac the other day and the toe bleeded!! There's blueblack inside my nails now. Look so ugly.

Then yesterday, i realised that my 2nd toe in my left foot is dangly too!!! It's scary you know :(


I think it's because i've been wearing too much covered high heels and it keeps giving pressure to my long toenails. Well, teaches me a lesson to cut my toenails shorter and wear open-air high heels instead.

Eugene, one of the photographers gave me a ride to the location~ Great guy right. hahaha. Yeap, i purposely edited the pic until my face couldnt be seen because i look unpresentable in certain angles.


We were supposed to dress and act kiddish, and so we tied our hair into two braids! So cute! And each of us were holding a doll that joleen bought. Arent the dolls cute?! Joleen gave me the orange one after the shoot. Thanks babe :)

I love how i look with thick eyeliner. Although it might look terrible in real life, but at least it looks better in the pictures than me with thin eyeliner.

When i wear thin eyeliner and go out, people would say i look better like that, but in the pictures i look so terrible! Especially when i smile, my eyes would turn droopy and saddish! Look around some other bloggers' blog, you would find pictures of me in the ugliest angle and droppiest eyes ever. Yes, i do look horrible in those pictures.

I got the invitation to CLEO's Bachelor's Schools Out party tonight at zouk but couldnt go due to some private reasons. Sigh.

Love this pair of heels. Original price was $50 but i got it at a lower price. That's why i love sales.

Hadn't gone out with Christabel and Sujun since very long ago! I think the last time i saw Christabel was on her birthday last year and sujun around my house area afew weeks ago.

Asked them out on a lovely afternoon and had our girly day. Time to kick isaac aside for awhile and enjoy being out with only girls. Haha. (actually i asked him out but he kept procrastinating. then in the end when i've decided on a girls-only afternoon, then he called back and grumble about wanting to go shopping -.- )

I think the food there would be love for veggie eaters, and so-so only for meat eaters. But once-in-awhile, it's alright to eat lighter food. At least the food there isn't bland.

I had chicken stew and chicken tikka. I regret eating the chicken tikka because it wasn't so fantastic and it made me damn full.

If you are a girl, chicken stew is ENOUGH for lunch.
Doesn't look fantastic at all in the picture but it's sure great. Lots of meat inside too.


Chicken Tikka looks nice, but there was too much veggie inside. Also, the meat tastes like curry chicken. Oh ya, i also realise one reason why i dont like the meat inside. It was breastmeat. I dont eat breastmeat, i prefer thigh.


Sujun had mushroom soup, which was also fabulous.


And also her bowl full of veggies. Underneath was some tunghoon with sauce i guess? I think i forgot. Haha. Didnt try it cos i guess it wouldn't be nice.


The chicken stew is still the best.

Stopped by this art gallery and had a look. I like the works :)

Shopped around Fareast and bought a pair of heels from Mondo. Not a very high heel, i guess it's just impulse buy.


Have been going out alot, which explains why im seldom online nowsadays and even a little lazy to reply to emails. But that also means i'll have lots to blog about soon.

Me and my colleague did an uber stupid thing that day.

We looked at an old family portrait of my boss's mother's wedding picture, and i asked: "Which one is Boss?"

Me and my colleague tried to figure out which is boss from the looks of the features. We had an interesting time and even asked my manager to guess.

My manager kept laughing.
Then after awhile, she asked us this question:

"Where were you on your mum's wedding?"




Then, me and my colleague burst out laughing at how stupid we are! It is a wedding picture, so those children in the picture must be relatives! Boss wasn't even born then! Hahaha.

- I know all of you dislike owners with bad service. But this girl is great! She wanted to give me 2 pieces of my choice and i forgot to tell her i went off work early on the date she was suppose to come down and give me the clothes. She didn't complain at all when my colleagues told her i was gone and she came back the next day! That's what i call a sincere service.

I think it's definitely worth your money.

Manager gave me 2 hours breaktime instead of one hour on sunday after she knew that boyfriend was going to come and meet me :) So good right?!

Might not be able to meet boyfriend for 2 weeks. That's saddening.

I wanted to eat DinTaiFung's friedrice and dumplings but boyfriend suggested to find other food to eat! :(

Walked around and even under the rain and finally settled down at NYDC. There were so many things i want to try in their menu but i can't order all because i know i cant finish everything :(

He opted for Red hot peppers bakedrice while i ate Hawaiian baked rice. Taste like pizza. Hahaha. Boyfriend said his one was super spicy but i still see him adding more chilli flakes -.-

Erm.... now i wonder why she didn't ask me to join such a great competition. Hmmmph!

Sometimes i listen to how some girls are able to express themselves in good english and wonderful understandable structures in a conversation, i felt so much admiration for them. I love listening to how these people are able to talk fluently with so much confidence, without having to pause to think if they are talking correctly.

Since i was in secondary school, or even primary school, when people ask me whether im better in english or chinese, i dont know what to answer. Im a goner at writing chinese words and hate write chinese compos. But i speak chinese easily in conversations. Im able to say what i want to say more easily in chinese. Sometimes when i go out with isaac or boyfriend (who are both english speaking), or jessica (who is wellknown for her ability to express very well on her blog in english), i had to use chinese in midsentences because i cant find the word to use in english.

I've always scored badly in English oral exams, but i always got high scores for writing compositions and they always helped to pull up my marks. Teachers commented that i was able to express clearly in good structures and hold on to the marker's attention, occasionally using rare volcabulary instead of those normal general ones. Maybe it's long since i had the secondary school kind of education, so i dont write well anymore. I've lost touched with the interest of finding out new words like i did when i was younger.

I hate how im so bad at speaking english. I had to pause and think before saying anything because wrong words would always splurt out. In meetings i had as a blogger, i dont talk much because im very careful with what i would say as i know i would definitely embarrass myself with my horrible speaking.

In school whenever i had to act in a videofilm, i always beg my team to let me take the easier role, where i dont have to speak long english sentences. Hahaha. Short sentences are alright but long sentences? Im not confident enough.

I wanna be able to express myself in english more!!!

I wonder why i could speak so freely with my boyfriend in english but not in big group meetings =x

Ohwell, enough about speaking fluently. It just came across my head when i suddenly remembered how i enjoyed listening to this model talking about her thoughts in one of my meetings as a blogger.
