Today is the last day of 2007!
Whooosh, it was fast.

So many things happened to me during this year. The downfall of my longest relationship, the start of my polytechnic life, knowing new friends, featured on newspaper, radio interviewed, appearing on tv, flamed by xx, having the biggest bday party i ever had, and meeting my current boyfriend.

Thinking about it, i've never thought all this would happen to me when i started 2007. Now i wonder what is in store for me for 2008.

Im happy about my acheivements.. Im happy about the readers who started hating me and slowly start to like reading my blog. To me, it's an acheivement. Jessica used to dislike my blog personality because she found me quite haolian, but after awhile she thinks im actually a nice person and came to make friends with me. When she told me about it, i was feeling super happy! Although many people say they dont care, but who would like knowing that people dislike them? i used to be very affected by online critics, but after awhile i got used to it. But however, there are still times where i would feel down when i got home after a tired day to see so many people disliking me on my blog.

It's great to have a blog where many people read. But sometimes it's stressing too. Everytime i post something up, i would have to think twice. Many times i was tempted to blog about my photoshoots, but i fear the criticsms - from readers, and from more experienced model friends.

They might feel im bragging about these shoots i've been going to, but the only reason why i wanted to blog about them because i felt they are fun! I enjoy it, and i felt like writing about it to share with everyone.. I've been blogging very little recently because practically shoots are the only things filling my days. When i cant blog about them, i have nothing to blog about.. Even when i want to post up photoshoot pics of myself, or even simple handphone camwhore pictures, i have to stress myself thinking about whether it's perfect enough to avoid any criticisms.

I've told boyfriend many times during our late night talks, that i felt very tired over this.. Seems like the freedom of blogging whatever i want has been taken away from me.

Other than these little things, im still grateful for the number of hits my blog invites each day. Daddy and mummy are proud of my blog, and im happy to have acheive something for them. I love you readers :)

Oh. i didn't plan to blog such huge chunk of words. I only wanted to post this video up of my 3 cute cousins, but those thoughts flowed in..

Super tired!

Yesterday was the busiest day of my life.

Woke up at 5.30am, bathe, makeup, dressup, and off i go to chinese garden for a shoot with several photographers and another model, Miyo.

Miyo is super fun and bubbly, and every single one of us were shocked when we found out that she's already 21! Haha. Chinese Garden is super far away from home, and i spent more than an hour on travelling from pasir ris to there. It was super hot too! I kept sweating and sweating.. Hope the pics would not turn out 'shiny'. Haha. Quite fun though. Among the 7 photographers, one of them is a female. I wanna be a photographer when i grow up too! It's so fun to capture people :)

Blah. I have so many ambitions. I wanna be an air stewardess too, so that i can travel to many many countries! My height just nice qualified, but another requirement is that you have to know how to swim.... and i cant swim! =(

After the chinese garden shoot which ended around 1pm, we all were super hungry so we went to eat nearby. Then i took the mrt home... bathe and change clothes, switch on laptop to accept comments, and off i go to bugis for another event..

Super tired! I forgot what the event was about... I think it's some studio opening? hmm, so there were around 30 photographers there..... and only 2 models for them to test on. Me and another more professional model April. When she wear her uber high heels, she looked so sleek and tall beside me that i look like an ordinary little girl. Super tired! The flash from the lights were super strong that i grew more and more sleepy. I guess it's because i woke up super early yesterday.

the makeup artists doing makeup for April. I did mine before hers... and i think the pink eyeshadow made me look abit puffy eyes. Hope the pics turns out nice though. however, i guess i would have many ugly candid photos because it's so difficult to pose nicely for every single photographer who were triggering their cameras happily at the same time. I only look nice from some angles, and i think many took me from wrong angles. CRYS! Well, shall pray that the photos not too ugly. When i've received these photos and the chinese garden one with miyo, i'll put them up for you guys to see!

The event ended almost 10pm, and most of us went for supper. It was dinner for me though, cos i didnt have time to eat. Travelling time is wasteful! One of the photographers sent me and some others home after that. Thanks alot, if not i'll have to take the slow train back home. Once i reached home i fell asleep almost instantly. Mum was kinda shock cos normally i would want to use the internet for awhile...

I've recovered from sorethroat, but flu and cough is still there.. Thanks for all the advices in my previous posts!

ONE MORE WEEK IS SCHOOL REOPEN!!
I wish more interesting things come my way....

In the next post i'll either blog about that shoot where i have very light makeup on.... or if you guys are tired of listening to me ramble about shoots, den i shall blog about 3 very cute little children!

IM SICK!!
My whole family is sick.

FLU, SORETHROAT, HEADACHE, and SLIGHT FEVER.
It's so irritating to get sick when i have so many plans this few days to go out and have fun. Grr. Tell me how to cure immediately? Dont ask me drink honey. No honey at home..

Just popped two pills of panadol justnow. Im allergic to panadol as i'll itch after that, but at least i have hope that i'll get cured by tomorrow morning. It feels terrible to wake up in the morning with a painful lump in your throat and having man's voice. Or worse, no voice at all.

SAVE ME!
I feel like im on the final stages of death.

Blah. After ranting about my sickness i've forgotten what i initially wanted to blog about... Went shopping today! Bought many many things.. A top, 3 dresses, 3 fake eyelashes, and a pair of silver highheels! It was lucky that i bought a new pair of heels because when i was on my way home at night, my original heels broke!

Rotting at home!

Family celebrated on eve. Me and bf celebrated already. So on actual day i just sat at home infront of my laptop the whole day.

Had actually wanted to blog yesterday but felt super lazy and kept delaying to click on blogger.com. Even when i finally signed in, i clicked "new post" and continue surfing other websites. Before i could realise, it was already midnight! Then i decide to sleep instead. hahaha. One dumb lazy girl i am.

Suddenly, I hate my physical flaws.
I dont wish to look at any of my photos.

Thick makeup also ugly. Light makeup also ugly. No makeup also ugly. WTH. There's nothing i can do. Maybe i should go under a rock and live there forever with boyfriend until he gets tired of seeing nothing except me and the rock.

Many times i've thought of going for plastic surgery but i dont think i'll ever go for it. Call me gutless. Im afraid of regretting. Im afraid of changes. Im afraid of failures.

After this post, readers would try to comfort with some compliments, while critics would ask me to shut up and stop whining. But this is my blog, if i dont whine here, where do i whine? Compliments...... no matter how many i received, just one criticsm could bring down the rest of the compliments i had.

Why couldn't i be like the other girls?

I realised my lack of active blogging.

Well, went to many places and had many fun.
Sometimes i remember to take photos, sometimes i dont.
When i get home, i look at the pictures and didnt feel like blogging about them. They looked so random.

Celebrating advanced christmas with him tomorrow after 2 shoots. I've been neglecting him because of shoots, and made him sad... I've decide to plan my time properly and spend more time with him! He's still my piority ^^

Mum felt hardworking suddenly that night, and made supper for the whole family. Bread dipped in egg and fried.. Yummy!
Family's day out last tuesday, and we went to ikea to have a feast.... over chicken wings! My whole family love chicken wings and have no problem eating many of it. Think of slimming another day lah!

Mum ate this. We didnt, because we dont eat beef.

It's very very very nice, but at the end of the meal you will feel oil stuck down your throat. VERY OILY.Bell ate sweet and sour fish.

The both of them went for night shoot together, and STOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF ORCHARD ROAD AND OPEN UP THEIR TRIPOD TO TAKE PHOTOS!!!

I have abit of vampire teeth! :)
Actually i have crooked and abit of buckteeth in front. Regretted not putting braces when i was younger, like around primary 6. At least at that time looks doesn't really matter. Now ask me to put braces? No Way!

I gave up wearing fake eyelashes although it'll look better. Everytime waste almost one hour putting them on, den in the end take them off because they are unequal. grr!

Nothing interesting bumped into me recently... Everyday is just school, photoshoots, netsurfing, sleep. Sometimes i even feel lazy to blog because i have to be careful with every single sentence i write or every single picture i put up.

Wanted to post up photoshoot photos.... but oh well, thinking of the criticisms i'll receive, no thanks. Shall post them up some other time when im free and ready to handle rude comments :)

Anyway, i was walking past a row of shops when i saw one of the mannequin moving!! On second glance, it was actually a male model standing as a mannequin. HE IS SUPER SHUAI !! Some guys are charming but not handsome, some guys are handsome but not charming. But this guy is BOTH!!! He looks way better than this picture.

Omg. I think this is the first time i went so gaga over an angmoh. I prefer asian guys.. This handsome angmoh SMILED AT ME LEH!!!!!!! I THINK THIS IS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. Hehe.

I look super fat in all the pics. Weeteck was the photographer for this event. If you guys remember, he was also the photographer with my boyfriend at my birthday party :) sandwiched by two fat guys. LOL.

I THOUGHT SCHOOL HOLIDAY ALREADY,
when actually there's still one more week to go! oops. Stupid me stayed at home today and slept till late late. haha.

Was having photoshoots continously everyday recently. So that means i shall have many many photos to put up soon, when the photographers give me some. Yay. It's really tiring though, especially yesterday's shoot, which started at 7.30am!! I can't even wake up in time for school, how could i wake up to that?? LOL. i was late for around 30+ minutes. awww. The first time i was late for a shoot i think. Most of the time i'll make sure im punctual for shoots as it's not good to be late for this kinda things.

Boyfriend's complaining that im abandoning him for photoshoot. bleah.

I dont know why photographers love fortcanning so much. Me and joleen have been there quite a number of times for photoshoots already, and when yesterday's photographers say that we are going to fortcanning for the shoot, me and her looked at each other and sighed. Hahaha. i complained to the photographers that most of our shoots are at fortcanning, we are almost familar with the place already!

Disclaimer first: Me and joleen would like to say we wouldn't call ourselves models. Not experienced enough to call ourselves that as this point. Let's just say at this stage we are still having fun and experimenting with this industry :) Dont ask me where the photographers found us initially. From friends. *zips*

Im not qualified anyway. Short and fat. hahaha.

Okay, back to yesterday.
It's funny that i blogged about yesterday's shoot first and not the other previous ones. heh. The photographers are fun people! I said that joleen is very elegant style, then one of the photographers immediately say im ahlian style -.- im not ahlian~~


Me and joleen. We are short. 158cm. Just enough to be airstwardess :) Just that we have to learn swimming. I can't swim! The pic was taken by PeiQin, a friend that joleen brought along.

At first they took turns to shoot us. Saw that short wall over there? Beyond it was a big big drain and they wanted me to SIT on the wall, with my legs up! I almost fall, because the wall top is rounded and not flat. Phew, im still alive.Then after that they separated. One photographer took joleen and another one took me. Haha. I prefer the one that took me, cos he has lots of creative ideas and at the same time he doesnt control too much about how i pose, so im able to do it freely.

Joleen liked her photographer more. haha. I guess it's because i spent more time with mine and she spent more time with hers. Her photographer like to make the wind effect on her hair, making her look even more sweet than ever.

My makeup is really thick that day. Kinda uneven i think. Blah.


I love yesterday's shoot! It took around 5 hours, and the poses are all very nice! can't wait for the photos to reach my hands. Haha. Me and joleen had lots of fun, as the photographers can joke around :)

I think im kinda unfair not to let my boyfriend take up portraits photography (when im going for so many potrait shoots) because i think it's really easy for photographers to admire their model when they are alone for so many hours. Especially when the girl he wants to shoot is my friend, his eyecandy before he fell for me. Which girl wouldn't feel insecure?

It's difficult for me to fall for those photographers because they are so much older than me and not my type. But it's easy to fall for those pretty models! i know my boyfriend really wants to shoot her, just that i restricted him. I could stop him physically, but what's the use when i couldn't control his mind thinking so much about shooting her?

If i dont care, i would not make such a big fuss about restricting him to so many things. Im a easily jealous girl, and very very sensitive. i hate the way im like that.

I used to give my exs many freedom, and i dont really care much about what they're doing. But im so afraid to lose this guy, im so afraid that he would change one day.

Aaaahhh. Im super tired! Have been rather busy recently, rushing from place to place and reaching home late at night without much energy to even transfer photos, much less energy to even edit them.

I've lost weight, but i looked fatter! WAHLAO. Have been feeding myself two pieces of bread for lunch and a normal dinner everyday. At first i keep having hunger pangs but now i can live with little food :D

Lots to blog about, but shall not dump everything to one entry. Haha. Afew days ago was daddy and mummy's 20th year anniversary. They decided to have two big lightbulbs beside them, so they brought me and sister along for a feast at Sakura Buffet! I totally love Sakura. There are endless things to eat there, and you'll definitely eat more than you can actually hold there. Yeap, while i was on tv last night, i was having dinner outside with my family. haha. Got interrupted afew times with smses and calls coming in.

I think some of my friends are really funny. They sent me these:
" hey! why do i see you appearing in my tv?" or
" I saw someone on tv that looks alot like you! Is it you??"

hahaha. funny. Isaac and some other people got even more excited than me.

Got invited one fine day by them to go on the talkshow, and so i accepted the offer! Kinda nervous.. I didnt want to tell you people as i dont want you all to go and watch the show in case i look ugly in it! Hahaha. I watched the repeated version after reaching home late, and realise that i look super chubby on tv! Phew, lucky i never ask you people to go watch.

Nothing much about it. I didn't talk much anyway. haha. Boyfriend came to pick me up from my house before the shoot and we went to have bubble tea while waiting for the time to start shooting.

The whole 2hours filming of the show, boyfriend was upstairs watching me. Throughout everything! That's very sweet of him isn't it? He knows i want to see him there for me. I guess that 2 hours of standing should be very sore for his legs.

I think i put very little makeup that day but mum says i put too much. LOL. at first my heart was pumping fast but as the shoot continue, i kinda enjoyed being in the camera! :D

I went to samsung hub yesterday for some panel meeting with some other rather popular bloggers. Didn't camwhore! hahaha. because isaac wasn't there. Im the kind that is ALWAYS late, yet i was the earliest of the bloggers to reach yesterday!

My new hp's shutter speed is super slow. Grr.
Their lift is very unique. You press the storey you want to go to, den you go into the lift. Scary lift! It moves super fast from 20++ storey to the first level.

Met up with boyfriend last night for dinner and some shopping.

He gave me a new handphone, so im using this Sony Ericsson 770i now! I like nokia more but i have to abandon my 3months old Nokia 6230 because the camera is so lousy! This new 770i is 3.2 megapixels cybershot phone, so i hope it'll take better pics.

i've also changed my number, but you can still contact me through my old number because it'll divert to my new one :)

The purple and brown version of this phone is damn ugly. LOL.

Anyway, you people remember Jacqueline Sue from Star Idol (Ming xing ou xiang)? She was my favourite contestant at that time as i felt her acting skills are better than the rest.

I chanced upon her photos again recently. i think she's super pretty!

She have nice eyes, nice nose, nice mouth and nice complexion. I WANT HER FACE! =P

For the blog entry that i posted on Sunday, i received several rather uncalled-for comments. I guess many people will comment again to lecture me after this entry, but i couldn't resist saying that i find those comments rather ridiculous.

Okay, so some people say... 1) Hygiene Purposes.
Hello? Have you people ever seen the back of a heels before? It's like this, if you dont know:

It's not a pair of muddy school shoes for goodness sake -.- How much dirt could be found in that small area of heels?

So well, some people think that a pair of heels is dirtier than a pile of vomit, babies urine, and your oily pair of hands after eating kentucky/potato chips/ramly burgers.


2) Another reason people give is that being teenagers doesn't give us the rights to do whatever we want.

Go tell that to those teenagers who smoke, get into gangfights, take drugs, and stay over night having sex with random strangers. They are much more worth your attention than a harmless little girl resting her legs in the basin after a whole day of hard work.
